Also this personal Information is used to verify, wether you are allowed to register to an event, to register you, to get in contact with you or to provide you with further information on an event.

(as visits, time of use) are collected anonymously when using the website and are only used for statistical reasons, in order to improve our services for you.

Whom is the information given to?
Your personal information is only given to the agency taking care for the organisation of the event. It will only be given with your agreement and not be passed to any third party, being not involved in the organisation of the event.
Handing over information to any other institution will only be done when required by law.
